Prior to founding the firm, Maria solidified her expertise at global Big Four consulting firms (Deloitte, KPMG, PwC), gaining hands-on insight into the fiscal and financial challenges faced by multinational organizations. Her career trajectory spans from complex tax consulting to the implementation of technology-driven solutions for process optimization.
As a recognized expert, Maria actively participates by sharing her market perspective at key industry forums and has demonstrated a strong commitment to talent development through her focus on team enablement and efficiency. In line with her commitment to the highest standards, Maria is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA, Peru) and holds a dual U.S. MBA. Her dedication to global excellence is further evidenced by her approval and accreditation by the NASBA Board to sit for the U.S. CPA, enabling her to offer an integrated perspective and expert command of both IFRS and US GAAP standards.
